Description
You will have difficulties in finding such a beautiful and big apartment with a better location. It
is located between the Flower Market („Cours Saleya“) and the „Promenade des Anglais“ in the Old Town. Everything can be reached
by foot within 1-2 minutes so you don’t need a car.
There is floor heating in the whole apartment. The Beach and Centre is only 1 minute away.
There is also air conditioning and double glassed windows in the whole apartment.
Underneath is a restaurant which is only occasionally rented out for weddings.
