Description
This spacious and from the Munich owners affectionately furnished dwelling lies in the popular dockland of Nice - in the proximity of the "Place Max Barel". Many local shops, baker, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. The port you reach in 10-15 going minutes. There you can observe local fishermen, enjoy a coffee or take a quick swim at one of the bath places at the port exit. The roomy balcony of this vacation home has the whole afternoon sun and invites to eat outside the meal. Of course with a bottle red wine.
