Description
From the balcony you have a wonderful sea view and sun all day. The apartment is located directly
at the port and only 10 minutes from the ”Promenade des Anglais” – the waterfront Promenade. In 5 minutes you reach the most clean and
fantastic beaches of Nice with snorkling and diving possiblities.
The apartment on the 3rd floor in a building with elevator is 55 m2 and has a bright living room with balcony, fully equipped kitchen,
bathroom with bathtub and a calm bed room with view of palm trees and green hill tops. Internet is available 24/7.
This apartment we rent out to two adults with one baby or with one child over 12 years.
