Description
This typical Provencale house is located in a very quiet area of Nice, abou 15 min. from the center by car.
It is ideal for 1-2 families with children. The house has 3 bed rooms (all with balcony), 2 baths, 1 guest WC and a big kitchen with an old
pizza oven. The living with dining area has an open fireplace, a bar and access to the terrace. The house has a pool and much space for the
children to play. There is a big roof terrace of 60m2 with a fantastic view of the town and the sea. The garden is arranged with lots of love.
If you arrive by car, you can easily park 2 or 3 cars by the house. Supermarket is 10 min. away ...
