Description
This apartment is located on the hill top of the Old Town in Nice. It is a new building with garage,
lift and is highly secured. You can see the roofs of Nice and the Esterel Mountains behind Cannes. The flat is calm and only accessible via
a private street. In only a few minutes you are in the Old Town and on the Promenade des Anglais. The bus station is only 2 minutes away;
you will find busses in all directions.
The interior is new and bright. Big sunny living room with dining table, 2 bed sofas, desk and a cosy corner with TV, radio and comfortable chairs.
The bed room has a big double bed and a view of the flowery and calm back yard.
The bath room consists of a bath tub and bidet, the toilet is separate. Nice marble floors.
