Description
The apartment is located at in the Port area of Nice – on a small hill above the Port. But still accessible by foot. Quiet apartment with view of the sea and the roofs of Nice. Set your spirit free on the terrace or in the garden by the pool. The apartment, which includes an elevator and a garage, is located on the 4th floor of an enclosed complex in Nice, in the villa quarter of Mont Boron. The newly renovated apartment has a hallway, a kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, WC, and a large living room/dining room with two single, fold out, closet beds. You can reach the center of town in 15 minutes by foot. Nearby you will find supermarket, bakery, restaurants, beaches etc.
