Description
Wonderful and luminous one bedroom apartment with a large terrace that even has a small sea-view;
ideally located around the corner from the Old Town between place Massena and place Garibaldi. The view from this apartment is outstanding
and rather unique.
The apartment is easy accessible via the Tramway (drives past the building) and Gare Routiere where the airport-bus takes you to and from the airport and from here you
have walking distance to all conveniences. This apartment has one bedroom (double bed) but can easily sleep four people as the living room
is spacious and has a sofa bed as well as a dining table. Both the living room and the bedroom have doors to access the terrace.
The kitchen is separate and large enough for four people to eat in and has a dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom is of good
size and is nicely refurbished and has a shower.
The apartment is equipped with Wifi, Safe and a CD player.
