Description
Ideally situated apartment in Nice, France on the Cote d'Azur, right
nextdoor - in one of the side roads - to the famous Promenade des Anglais. So there is not much traffic and you are only 50 m from the beach.
There are lots of restaurants around the corner. Shopping opportunities all around and 10 meters to the nearest supermarket. To the old town of
Nice it´s a 15 minutes walk. The "direct-to-airport-bus" stops on the corner!
The building in which the apartment is situated is called "Le Forum" and was built long ago in the typical bourgeois style, for instance all
ceilings are 3+ meters high and decorated with ornaments. There is wooden parquet on the floors, etc.
Should you decide to rent this apartment you won't even need to have a car per se. To go to the beach you only have to cross
the Promenade des Anglais. You can can ride the bus to and from the airport (11 minutes) and in Nce itself there is plenty to
do and see on foot. Public transport is very well organised. A lot of air-conditioned buses pass within easy walking distance
from the apartement. One can travel all around Nice and nearby cities for only 1.30 euro per trip! If you do have a car you can
park it easily in the street or in one of the nearby parkings. Nearby you'll find for instance Parking Massena, next to the
world famous Negresco Hotel.
