Description
This nice studio has 2 big advantages: the big roof terrace with a fantastic view of the city, sea and mountains and the quietness. You are away from the noise of the city but still close by. The stop of the new tramway is only 4 min. away by foot. Nearby supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, bus stops etc. You can very easily get to the beach or to the center.
