Description
The apartment has a stunning sea view from all rooms and from the balcony. There is a wonderful view over the
Old Town as well. It is bright, south facing and sunny all day. Two bedrooms under the roof (no standing height) with air condition and
big Velux windows (sea view). Big living, kitchen and bath. Fully equipped and functional – oven, micro wave, dish washer, washing machine,
dryer. Air con in the living as well. Renovated in 2006. The apt. 1,2 and 5 are in the same building. The entrance of the house is situated
on the stairs going up to the green hill of the Old Town, with old castle ruins. Therefore there are no cars and it is very calm. You thus
have a combination of calmness and very central location in one. This is very rare in the Old town. On the hill you have waterfalls,
panoramic view of the sea and the whole town, picnic places and play grounds. The neighbouring central bus station is a perfect starting
point for trips to all places of interest on the Côte d'Azur. The harbour is only 10 min. away. In summer time you have boats leaving to
Menton, Monaco, Cannes and Saint Tropez.
