From the airport terminals T1+T2 in Nice, the Bus-Line 98 brings you for 4€ (ticket valid for the whole day within Nice) directly to the central bus station (Gare Routiere) in the old Nice. From there it´s only some minutes walk (200 m) to the flat. Certainly you can take a taxi into the center (ca. 25-30 €).
